How long will it take to get my fabric?

Estimated dispatch time at the moment is 8-9 weeks. Orders that have 5 or more colours may take a little longer. I always aim to have your fabrics complete and in the post as quick as possible.

 

Can I wash my fabric?/Fabric care

I CANNOT GUARANTEE that fabrics are colourfast and so I would not recommend washing your hand dyed fabric.

If you must wash your fabric then only do so in a bowl of cold water with no detergent. For extra peace of mind if you are washing a finished project I recommend adding a colour catcher sheet into the bowl of water. Do not scrunch the fabric and when finished lay out onto a dry towel and gently roll up to absorb excess water. Do not scrunch or squeeze the fabric.

What is your return policy?

I generally do not accept returns on hand dyed fabric unless there is a mistake on my part or the fabric you receive is drastically different than as described.

I do not accept returns for fabrics that don't look as expected because you have ordered Evenweave and hoped it would look like the Linen examples. These fabrics take dye very differently and this is highlighted throughout the website.

I do not, under any circumstances, accept returns on custom fabric orders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

I ship via a tracked service to the USA, Canada, NI and other countries that Royal Mail cover.

I cannot currently ship to anywhere within the EU.

Please note that I will ensure that any customs forms are correct to the best of my knowledge and USA orders are sent with duty pre paid.
