How long will it take to get my fabric?

For fabrics I have in stock I try to make sure that I don't exceed a 2-3 week processing time. For fabrics that are out of stock, lead times can be 5-6 weeks but I will always try to ensure you receive your fabric as quick as possible.

Can I wash my fabric?/Fabric care

I use a variety of methods and a variety of dyes to create my fabrics and during rinsing, I work very hard to make sure there is no residual unreacted dye. However, some dye colours are tricky to wash out completely and whilst I do my best, I CANNOT GUARANTEE that fabrics are colourfast and so I would not recommend washing your hand dyed fabric.

If you must wash your fabric then only do so in a bowl of cold water with no detergent. For extra peace of mind if you are washing a finished project I recommend adding a colour catcher sheet into the bowl of water. Do not scrunch the fabric and when finished lay out onto a dry towel and gently roll up to absorb excess water. Do not scrunch or squeeze the fabric.

For printed fabrics you may wash in a bowl of cold water with no detergent with minimal agitation.

What is your return policy?

I generally do not accept returns on hand dyed fabric unless there is a mistake on my part or the fabric you receive is drastically different than as described.

Printed fabrics may be returned in their original new condition in their original packaging. Please contact me if you need to return something.

I do not, under any circumstances, accept returns on custom fabric orders.

Do you ship internationally?

I will ship wherever Royal Mail will ship, international postage costs may vary.
